After a late night of college football (War Eagle!!), central IL was blanketed in snow this morning. Not as much as I would have liked, of course, but beggars can't be choosers. At least it is prettier to look at out there. My attempt at showing the amount of snow on the ruler did not work as well as I had planned. Seems that we have about 3 inches with continued light snows. The wind is forecast to pick up with gusts into the 20 mph range later today and tonight.

I enjoyed this post. It was a fun surprise to see the red in the last photo was from the cardinal, and not your ruler.
